Nicol is a half of a larger chalet in an ideal location several steps from  the main parking lot and the new chair-lift under the Klinovec Hill.
There are 2 separate apartments (the second one being LUKAS) , the stairs and the entrance hall are common for both halves of the chalet.

Apartment
is on the first floor. From the entrance hall the left door  leads to the small entrance antechamber and from there to the main living  /dining room with kitchen corner. Comfortable sofas round the fire place, oval dining table with 6 chairs, TV,  radio and video equipment. Kitchen is purposefully equipped - sink, electric stove, fridge, coffeemaker, electric kettle, toaster. Door leading to the  shower with WC, wooden stairs up to the bedrooms: ante bedroom with a double  bed, from there a small door leads to the loft room with 3 mattresses (suitable as a childrens´room) and a folding door to the back double  bedroom. Steep narrow staircase leads  to the upper attics bedroom with 3  beds (double and 1 separate bed). Overwhole capacity - 10 beds.


Beautiful view to both the Czech Klinovec Hill and German Fichtelberg.
For summer holidays there is a nice barbecue with seats round in the garden. In summer parking in front of the chalet, in winter at the central parking lot - about 50 metres from the house.
