In the nearest vicinity of the Klinovec Hill, about 200 metres from the ski lifts new apartment houses have been built. These apartments will satisfy the guests not only with the immediate vicinity of the skiing area but also with the inner equipment. In three-storied buildings there are several apartments for rent: either a studio apartment (about 33 sq m -- suitable for families with small children) consisting of a hall, bathroom and a room with a kitchen corner, dining table, TV, folding sofa-bed and a bunk bed. Or a two-room apartment (about 50 sq m, suitable mainly for 4 adults, in some apartments extra beds possible for up to 6 persons), consisting of a hall, bathroom, living room with a kitchen corner, dining table, TV, folding sofa-bed and a separate bedroom with a balcony. In all apartments the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, in some there is also a dishwasher. All bathrooms are equal, equipped with a shower bath, wash-basin and a toilette, differ only by the colour of tiles. The equipment of all the apartments is almost identical, differs only in some details according to the taste of the owner.
